DAY 01: Chandigarh to Manali (320Kms 8-9Hrs)

Pickup from Chandigarh Railway station / airport and drive to Manali the valley of Gods. Manali is a combination of natural splendor and rich cultural heritage. Enrooted you will stop for various photo stops and comfort breaks including the lunch break. Enjoy the Scenic Himalayas and the Beas river from the window of your cab. On the way you can have a stopover at Sunder Nagar Lake, Pandoh dam, Mac waterfall, Hanogi Devi Temple on river Beas and Kullu if time permits. It will take 09 to 10 hours to reach Manali and the distance is 320 Kms. The cab will pass through, Bilaspur, Sundernagar, Mandi and Kullu on the way to Manali. Dinner and Overnight stay in hotel in Manali.

DAY 02: Manali - Kaza

Start your journey from Manali to Kaza via Atal Tunnel and Kunzum La. Overnight stay at Kaza. Early morning, we start our journey to the valley of the Gods – Lahaul & Spiti! Crossover to Lahaul by crossing the Engineering Marvel - Atal Tunnel, and watch the terrain shift from lush green valleys to brown arid desserts. At 14,931 ft we cross another high altitude pass & the gateway to the Spiti Valley – Kunzum La. We continue our drive through the stunning landscape to reach Kaza by evening, and overnight stay in the camp.

DAY 03: Kaza Sightseeing

TVisit Key Monastery Hikkim, Komic and Langza. Overnight stay at Kaza. Visit some of the highest inhabited regions of the world. The highest village in Asia – Komic, situated at a height of 4513 m, has a population of 84 people and is cut off from rest of the world for most parts of the year. Later, we drive to Hikkim, where we have a chance to send postcards from the world’s highest post office! At Langza, walk back to the prehistoric era when Spiti was submerged by the Tethys Sea, as you explore a land very rich with fossils of Marine animals and plants which were here millions of years ago. DAY 04: Kaza To Dhankar and Tabo

From Kaza, we then get on with our journey to explore Pin Valley. We travel towards Mudh which is a high-altitude village in the Pin Valley of Spiti District. Pin Valley is well known for its Pin Valley National Park, house to the snow leopard and Siberian Ibex. With so high reaches and glaciers where humans rarely go, Pin Valley might just be one of the highlights of your voyage! Mudh is the last motorable village on this side of the Indian sub-continent and is also the base camp for a lot of long treks which includes but is not limited to the famous Pin Bhabha Pass Trek. Known for its pink blossoms kenned as Sia Mentok, Mudh is a mystic land that is sure to leave you awestruck! From Mudh, we will move on to travel to Dhankar Monastery. Dhankar was once the administrative capital of Spiti before it was changed to Kaza. We explore the settlement and tour the Dhankar Gompa situated asymmetrically on top of a steep cliff. This hill-top fort that faces the Spiti Valley also used to serve as a jail in the old days. After having some amazing moments in this serene monastery, we finally move towards Tabo where The Dalai Lama has expressed his wishes to Tabo Monastery because it is considered one of the most sacred. After a full day of traveling, we finally get to rest at a hotel in Tabo.

DAY 05: Tabo to Kaza

DAY 06: Kaza Chandertal(100 Kms 5-6hrs)

Start your journey from Kaza to Chandra Taal Lake via Losar & Kunzum La. Overnight stay near Chandra Taal We start tracing our steps back towards Manali. However, make one last stop to witness another Spitian wonder – Chandra Taal Lake. The mystical and beautiful Chandra Taal Lake or the Moon Lake is located at a height of 14,000 feet. The Chandra Bhaga mountain range forms a striking backdrop for the lake, which changes appearance according to the pictures painted in the sky. Later check in to the Campsite near Chandra Taal Lake, and overnight stay at the tents under the gaze of a million stars and the Milky Way Galaxy.

DAY 07: Chandertal - Manali (120Kms 5-6Hrs)

Start your journey back to Manali we commence our way back on the Manali – Kaza Road. We pass through some more stunning landscapes and if time permits us we will take you to sissu village reach Manali by afternoon. .

DAY 08: Manali chandigarh (320Kms 8-9Hrs)

After breakfast, Check-out from hotel. Drive to Chandigarh and you can enjoy River Rafting at Kullu on the Beas River Enrooted you will stop for various photo stops and comfort breaks including the lunch break Drop at Railway station/Airport to catch onwards train/flight
